Typhoon Morakot hit Taiwan badly, it rains so much that half of southern Taiwan is flooded. At the point I write this post, most of the flooded area still in the water and waiting for help. They are lack of fresh water and food. These are some news vedio on YouTube.
Hotel building collapse !
After Typhoon Morakot hit southern Taiwan, this hotel had been collapse ! It's in very famous spring area Chihpen. It stands away from river about 300 meters, but the riverside park had been destroyed by sever water, and 8 more store building collapsed, then this hotel !
Broken Bridge !
There are more than 10 bridges broken in southern Taiwan, and it could be more ! More than 50 bridges now banned.

Typhoon Morakot record rains in south Taiwan, over 2800mm in just 3days ! Linpien, in Pingtung, experienced its worst flooding in 50 years, with the town submerged in water one-story high !
For now, more then 30 people are missing, which could be fall into waters. Most of harvests are damaged, and communications are lost. Hopefully everyone could be okay.

Due to 6 international underwater light-fiber had been destroyed by Typhoon Morakot, we had a hard time connected to some of oversea website. I couldn't update my own blog for many days. Finally I'm back online.
We are still searching and rescuing some victims who had been disconnected for 7 days, and many people still need help. But we keep our faith and hope.

@chels I know what you mean, its hard to find good help these days. People now days just don't have the work ethic they used to have. I mean consider whoever wrote this post, they must have been working hard to write that good and it took a good bit of their time I am sure. I work with people who couldn't write like this if they tried, and getting them to try is hard enough as it is.

My uncle just got a tattoo of an old school pin up girl. It was fantastic work. Looked great. Does anyone else see 60+ year old men, who have never had a tattoo, getting them. He isn't going through a mid life crisis, no divorce or other life changing happenings. He just got one. WTF was he thinking.
